By submitting a request for a moving quote through our Web Site:

3. Reviews, Accounts & Security

If you register an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account activity. You agree to:

  • Log out after each session.

We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.

Review Guidelines

To maintain the integrity of our community:

  • Reviews must be relevant, respectful, and focused on the consumer experience.
  • No threats, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
  • No reviews of your own business, employer, or those of friends/family.

  • Only submit photos you’ve taken yourself.

  • You must have been a customer of the company reviewed.
  • Only one review per company per move is allowed.
  • Companies and their employees may not post reviews under any circumstances.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your reviews; false or misleading information may result in removal.

Business Profile Guidelines

If you’re managing a business profile:

  • Use the profile section to describe your business—do not promote offers, attack others, or misuse keywords.
  • Public responses to reviews should be professional and respectful.
  • Do not offer incentives for review changes.

4. Our License to You
